Check the water filter
A restricted filter can lower water pressure enough to make small, hollow, or missing cubes.
Check freezer temperature
The ice maker may pause if the freezer is too warm. Tell us if food feels soft or the freezer temperature is above normal.
Check ICE mode
Make sure ICE is enabled on the control panel and the ice maker arm or switch has not been bumped off.
