Parts reality: Asko uses proprietary bearings instead of drum rollers, and belts come through European distributors — 3–7 days for non-stock items. But the construction is logical and robust, so the repair itself is straightforward.
One note for T411 owners: it runs at 35–45 °C by design, not 60–80 °C like a vented dryer. Slightly warm clothes are normal — a real heat-pump failure shows as an empty condensate tank after a full cycle.

Is a heat-pump Asko harder to repair?

The T411 condensate tank is empty after the cycle — what does that mean?
That's the key diagnostic signal. During a normal cycle the heat pump pulls moisture from the clothes and collects it as condensate. A dry tank after a full load means the heat-pump circuit isn't working — I'll check the compressor and refrigerant charge.
