How much does a service call cost?
Diagnostic fee is $89. If you approve the repair after diagnosis, that fee is credited toward the total — you don't pay it twice. If you decide not to repair, you pay only the diagnostic. No hidden charges.
How fast can you get here?
Call before 2 PM and we can usually make it out the same day. We serve Orange, Irvine, Tustin, Santa Ana, Anaheim, Costa Mesa. Standard arrival window is 2–4 hours after you call.
What appliances do you repair?
Refrigerators (all brands — Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, Sub-Zero, Viking, Miele, Bosch, GE, Frigidaire, Kenmore, Thermador, JennAir, KitchenAid, Maytag), dryers, standalone ice makers, and compressor-based wine coolers. We don't service washing machines, ovens, or microwaves.
Is there a warranty on the repair?
Yes — 90 days on all labor and parts. Same problem comes back within the warranty window — we come back and fix it at no charge.
