How much is the diagnostic fee?
$89 — covers the visit and the analyzer. Approve the repair and it's credited toward the total — you don't pay it twice. Decline, and you pay only the $89.
Does the warranty cover parts and labor both?
Both. Defective part — we replace it free. Work done incorrectly — we redo it free.
What does 'come back free' actually mean?
Within 90 days — no trip charge, no diagnostic fee, no labor charge. Completely free. That's on us.
Is there a separate warranty on compressors?
Yes. Major components (compressor, motor) get a 6-month warranty. Standard repairs — 90 days.
Is this in writing?
On the receipt after the repair. Dmitry leaves a paper receipt with the work description, the replaced part, and the warranty period written on it.
