My Bosch 800 heat-pump dryer takes 2.5 hours — is it broken?
It probably just needs a condenser clean. The internal heat exchanger accumulates lint and dramatically increases cycle time — from 90 minutes to 2.5+ hours. It's the #1 service call on the 800 Series. Cleaning takes about 30 minutes and restores normal performance with no parts.
Error 'water tank full' but the tank is empty — what's wrong?
The float sensor in the base pan or the condensate pump is at fault. The dryer collects water but the pump isn't moving it to the tank, or the sensor falsely reads 'full.' Pump or sensor replacement — one visit.
Won't start after a power outage — is it broken?
On the 800 Series heat-pump, the compressor-protection circuit blocks startup for 30 minutes after power is restored. Wait 30 minutes, then try again. If it still won't start, call us — it may be the control board.

Should I just buy a new dryer?
