One Visit Repair ("we", "us", "our") provides on-site appliance repair services in Orange, Irvine, Tustin, Santa Ana, Anaheim, Costa Mesa. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit onevisitrepair.com or contact us, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights regarding that information.

By using our website or submitting a booking form, you agree to the practices described below.

Information you provide directly when you book a service or contact us:

  • Name
  • Phone number
  • Email address (optional)
  • ZIP code and service address (only when you schedule an on-site visit)
  • Description of the appliance issue (optional, free text)

Information collected automatically when you browse the site:

  • Standard web log data: browser type, operating system, the page you came from (referrer), the pages you visit, and the time of your visit.
  • Advertising identifiers passed in the URL by Google Ads — specifically Google Click ID (gclid), gbraid, wbraid, and standard UTM parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content).
  • Click-to-call events: when you tap a phone link on the site, we record the timestamp, the page you were on, and the advertising identifiers above. We do not record the call itself or its content.

Cookies and local storage we set or that are set by Google on our behalf:

  • lr_attribution — first-party cookie storing the advertising identifiers above for up to 90 days, so we can match a later booking to the ad click that led to it.
  • django_language — your selected interface language (English / Russian / Spanish).
  • Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Google Ads cookies, set by Google when their scripts load on our pages.

  • Service delivery. Contact you to confirm a visit, schedule a technician, send appointment reminders, and follow up after a repair.
  • Booking and dispatch. Operate our internal scheduling and customer database used to manage repair jobs and technician routes.
  • Advertising effectiveness. Measure which Google Ads campaigns, keywords, and landing pages produce real customers, and report conversions back to Google so the platform can optimize ad delivery.
  • Site improvement. Understand which pages and offers work and which don't, so we can improve content and user experience.
  • Legal and security. Detect fraud, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable laws.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising by third parties other than as described under "Third parties" below.

The only third party that receives data about your interactions with our site is Google LLC, through the following products:

  • Google Tag Manager — a container that loads our other tags. Receives standard request metadata.
  • Google Analytics 4 — receives anonymized usage events (page views, button clicks, scroll depth, time on page) used to measure traffic and engagement.
  • Google Ads — receives conversion events (form submissions, booking submissions, phone-link clicks) along with the Google Click ID we received from Google itself. This lets Google attribute the conversion to the specific ad click it originated from.
  • Google Calendar — used by our technicians to manage their availability. When you book a slot, an event is created on a technician's calendar containing your name, phone number, address (if provided), and the time of the visit.

Google's use of data received from us is governed by Google's own Privacy Policy.

We do not share your data with any advertising network, data broker, social network, or analytics provider other than Google.

Personal information you submit through our site is stored on servers located in the United States. We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted (HTTPS) transmission and role-based access controls limiting who on our team can see the data.

We keep booking records for as long as we may reasonably need them for service delivery, accounting, warranty handling, and to comply with our legal obligations.

If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA) gives you the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect about you.
  • Access a copy of that information.
  • Delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Opt out of sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
  • Non-discrimination — we will not deny you service or charge a different price for exercising any of these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@onevisitrepair.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (typically 45 days under CCPA).

You can also opt out of Google's use of cookies for advertising at Google Ad Settings and out of Google Analytics by installing the official Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. We use cookies for the purposes described in Section 1. You can configure your browser to refuse all cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable cookies, some parts of the site (language selection, booking attribution) may not work correctly.

Our services are intended for adults arranging professional appliance repair. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at info@onevisitrepair.com and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. For material changes, we'll make a reasonable effort to notify you (for example, by a banner on the site).
