Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of onevisitrepair.com (the "Site") and the appliance repair services offered by ExpressCare Solutions LLC, doing business as One Visit Repair ("we", "us", "our"), a California limited liability company registered at 2 Flagstone, Apt 733, Irvine, CA 92606.

By visiting the Site, booking a service, or otherwise engaging with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

1. Services

We provide on-site diagnosis and repair of household appliances (refrigerators, dryers, ice makers, wine coolers, and similar) within our published service area: Orange, Irvine, Tustin, Santa Ana, Anaheim, Costa Mesa. Services are limited to non-commercial residential use unless we agree in writing to a commercial scope.

We may decline to service any appliance that is unsafe, illegally modified, installed in violation of code, or beyond economic repair.

2. Booking, Quotes & Pricing

  • Quotes given over the phone or before on-site inspection are estimates only. A firm written quote is provided after on-site diagnosis and before any chargeable work begins.
  • You authorize repair work either verbally or in writing. By authorizing work you agree to pay the quoted amount upon completion.
  • Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, major credit cards, and electronic transfers. We do not extend credit.
  • Travel/diagnostic fees, where applicable, are disclosed before booking.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a booking at any time before the technician is dispatched without charge. Last-minute cancellations (within 1 hour of the scheduled arrival window) may be subject to a trip fee equal to the diagnostic fee.

We may need to reschedule due to weather, parts availability, or emergencies. In that case we will contact you as soon as possible.

4. Warranty

We warrant our labor for 90 days from the date of completion. If the same defect we repaired recurs within that period, we will return to repair it at no additional labor cost. Replacement parts are covered by their manufacturer's warranty.

The warranty does not cover: damage from misuse, power surges, unrelated failures, work performed by third parties after our visit, or pre-existing conditions disclosed before we began work.

If we don't fix it, you don't pay: if we cannot fix the appliance you brought us to fix, you do not pay labor for that visit. Parts already ordered or installed at your authorization remain payable.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate appliance information (brand, model, symptoms) when booking.
  • Provide safe access to the appliance and a working power supply.
  • Disclose any prior repair attempts or known defects.
  • Be available, or have an adult representative available, during the agreed service window.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any service, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is limited to the amount you paid us for that service.

We are not liable for consequential losses such as spoiled food, lost rental income, or downtime, except where such liability cannot be excluded under California law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything that may not be excluded under applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — text, images, logos, pricing data, brand names used in editorial context — is owned by ExpressCare Solutions LLC or used under licence. You may not copy, scrape, republish, or use the content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Brand names of appliance manufacturers are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only to describe the brands we service.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under California law.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you and we consent to that jurisdiction.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
